Step 1 -
Click on "Browse" & Select the image (where it is located) on your own computer...

Step 2 -
Click "Upload Image"

Step 3 -
Select Code Under "To insert this image in a forum post, copy and paste the following code:"
now Just "Copy & Paste" to your Post "On Board"
