Went to Depot (probably BAD 1) for Carpetbagger mods and then to Harrington during Aug 44. Flew its first operation 27 Aug 44 with 492nd BG / 857th BS (B). Between 6 Nov and 6 Dec 44, transferred to 859th BS and on 17 Dec 44 it had RCL G.
Transferred to MTO (transfer recorded on 30 Jan 45) and assigned to the Special Operations Group that became 2641st Special Operations Group (Provisional). Lost going down at Tisnov on an operation to "Stone" DZ, Moravia.
