My Father, Lt. Carl Powell (deceased 1989) was the Navigator (original crew). The aircraft was named after "Penelope", the pet dog of Pilot Lt. Nick Radosovich. Photo shows Crew 41's Ground Crew/Bomb Loaders near 16th mission.
