Col. Charles Lindbergh, in his role as a consultant to the Ford Motor Company, was allowed flight line privileges at Willow Run. In his autobiography he notes that he performed the required 2.5 hour acceptance flight tests on the following H-FOs: 42-52343 / 42-94822 / 42-94982
