Crashed on take-off from San Pancrazio 30 Mar 44 (Pilot Hinton B. Wright). According to the morning report, Sgt's Vincent Migliaccio (Ball Turret Gunner) and Carroll Scurlock (Tail Gunner) were killed. Three others (Dyer, Hansen, and Kestler) went to the hospital.
